on radar
Enabling with the Federal Revenue through RADAR (Registration and Tracking of Customs Intervening Operations) is the first step for companies wishing to import or export.

This authorization allows access to the "Integrated Foreign Trade System", known as SISCOMEX. This system integrates the activities of registration, monitoring and control of Foreign Trade operations.

01. Who can be enabled?
Individuals - Imports for their own use and consumption, personal collections and operations to carry out their professional activities, including as rural producer, artisan, artist or similar.
Legal Entity - Import of raw materials and inputs; active; finished products for sale in the national market and exports in general.
02. Main Radar modalities
EXPRESS
Modality aimed at companies incorporated as publicly traded S/A with shares on the Stock Exchange or over-the-counter market and public companies or mixed capital companies. These do not suffer from automatic financial limitation to import.
LIMITED - USD 50,000
Determined for companies whose estimated financial capacity is equal to or less than US$50,000.00, having their import operations limited to US$50,000.00 CIF semiannually.
LIMITED - USD 150,000
Defined for companies whose estimated financial capacity is above US$50,000.00 and less than US$150,000.00, having their import operations limited to US$150,000.00 CIF semiannually.
unlimited
Aimed at companies whose estimated financial capacity is greater than US$ 150,000.00, and their operations do not suffer from the automatic limitation existing in the limited modalities.
In all modalities there is no financial limit for export operations.
To support obtaining or reviewing your license in the Internal Revenue Service Radar System, AKHI coordinates and performs the following activities:
- Analysis of the modality to be desired by the company;
- Support in obtaining the e-CPF of the legal responsible (Digital Certificate);
- Support in joining the Electronic Tax House (DTE);
- Registration on the Enable portal;
- Preparation, submission and follow-up of application in situations of estimate review through digital dossier;
